"Hi. Welcome to Sweat in the City. My name is Brittany Robbins and I’m here to make sure you get the most out of your free trial. I really hope you enjoy the experience and will tell us all about it. However, if things aren’t going well or if you have any questions or problems during the three months, just let me know and I’ll do everything I can to help you."

A bit about me.... 

"I love sport and exercise, I can’t deny that! But I wasn't always like this. After knee surgery in 2000 I wasn’t very mobile.  This made me unhappy and I was eating way too much!  After attending months of physiotherapy I was able to exercise. I paid attention to what I was eating and starting working out on a regular basis and now I love it.

My friend Em helped me a lot when I first started going to the gym – she was my workout buddy and attended sessions with me.  I’ve kept this up for the last 8 years and I exercise regularly –  in fact I’m a bit of a fitness junkie – I bike to work, go to the gym, play football and go for a run a couple of times a week!   Starting to exercise made me feel a lot better about myself and gave me a more positive outlook on life. I love travel and seeing friends - my last trip was to the Scottish Highlands! But I always find a way to fit some exercise into my busy schedule."
