All live workouts are recorded and will be uploaded on to a library for members to access any time.  Each workout will be different on a weekly basis.  We will endeavour to cover the technique of any exercise you struggle with making sure everyone is challenging themselves continually.

* Live workouts will take place 4 times a week during the lockdown period.  Once lockdown is relaxed we will have 3 live workouts and post 2 workouts each week to the library for you to do in your own time.
