Staying physically active during pregnancy is beneficial for both mama and baby. Our online sessions are designed for mamas-to-be of any trimester, making modifications to suit. These workouts will help you maintain your general fitness, increase your strength and stability, decrease back ache, boost your mood and avoid health conditions related to pregnancy such as gestational diabetes and hypertension while avoiding the unnecessary upheaval of travelling to a venue. We also focus on core and pelvic awareness to help you build deeper core-based strength. These sessions will also help towards regaining your pre-pregnancy weight after your birth (you can thank us later!) We end the session discussing ways to maintain a healthy diet. This is also a good time to meet other new mamas and share experiences. We help women stay safe, healthy and strong with our FiiT MaMa workout. You will experience improved sleep, less stress, increased energy and a feeling of strength and empowerment. (Who run da world?) Andrea is a fully qualified Pre and Post Natal fitness trainer. You must get clearance from your doctor if you are new to exercise or have any health conditions that may contraindicate these sessions.
