75 minute personal training with Andrea, our Level 3 personal trainer and WBFF Pro.
Takes place in a gym, at home or in a park. Also includes a meal plan to follow. Focuses on proper technique and form when exercising to get the best results. Motivates you to continue throughout the week.

Online training is more suited for those on a budget, has access to a gym or home exercise equipment and IS READY to achieve their goals.
All of your workouts are sent to you within our app and are diarised for certain days of the week. You will be alerted when your workout is scheduled. We add instructional videos to all exercises so you perform them with correct form and technique.
You will also have a customised meal plan to follow with advice on how to prep your meals.
Clients have the added motivational tool of taking progress pictures which motivates you each week as you watch your body transform.
