Afromotion is an Afrobeats/Amapiano fitness class, full of vibes and energy! Enjoy the party while the music and instrumentals keep you moving on your feet with tunes from around Africa and South Africa.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

We have a space that is covered with a retractable roof so protection from the elements.  If the class is cancelled due to very bad weather or unforseen circumstances your payment will be returned to you.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT?

No,  we will provide all the all the equipment needed on the day.  All we ask for is for you to wear the appropriate sports wear, including a well fitted sports bra and trainers.

CAN I CHANGE AFTER THE WORKOUT?
