Battle ropes, skipping ropes, weighted plates and medicine balls at the ready! We will be doing weighted and bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats and crunches alongside cardio exercises such as sprints to keep the heart rate pumping.
75 minutes of pure fun soca workouts. GET READY TO FEEL THE BURN AT OUR SOCA FITNESS BOOTCAMP!
Suitable for all levels, men and women.
Please pay in advance and book early to avoid dissapointment.
Please walk with a mat or a towel you can place on the floor for floor work. We will have sanitising stations at the location. Social distancing rules will be followed.
We will have a videographer and photographer present. The footage will be used for promotional material only. Please let us know if you would prefer not to be on camera.
