About The Event
Sign up to our outdoors sessions. Let's put the 'fun' back into fitness.
We combine a cardio warm up with interval training using equipment such as battle ropes, skipping ropes, kettlebells and medicine balls. We teach weighted and bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats and core work alongside cardio exercises such as sprints to keep the heart rate pumping. This is 75 minutes of pure energy while working out to our live DJ.
We cater for men and women of all fitness levels and all ages. Exercises are modified to your capability.

All monies for tickets purchased for the first session of The Soca Fitness Bootcamp will go towards HelpSVGUK Go Fund Me page to help those affected by the volcanic eruption devastating the Caribbean island of St. Vincent
(minus bank admin charges).
