Sign up to our outdoors sessions. Let's put the 'fun' back into fitness.
We combine a cardio warm up with interval training using equipment such as battle ropes, skipping ropes, kettlebells and medicine balls. We teach weighted and bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats and core work alongside cardio exercises such as sprints to keep the heart rate pumping. This is 75 minutes of pure energy while working out to our live DJ.
We cater for men and women of all fitness levels and all ages. Our personal trainers will modify exercises to suit your capability.

Due to current COVID restrictions we have to limit our numbers. Please pay in advance and book early to avoid disappointment.
We will have sanitising stations at the location. Social distancing rules will be followed.
We will have a videographer and photographer present. The footage will be used for promotional material only. Please let us know if you would prefer not to be on camera.
