Sign up to our fun outdoors sessions and learn to love working out!
We combine Soca aerobics with interval training using equipment such as battle ropes, skipping ropes, weighted plates and medicine balls. We teach weighted and bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats and core work alongside cardio exercises such as sprints to keep the heart rate pumping. This is 75 minutes of pure fun while working out to our live DJ.

We cater to men and women of all fitness levels and all ages. Exercises are modified to your capability.
£8/session. Please pay in advance and book early to avoid dissapointment as we do have to limit our numbers.
We will have sanitising stations at the location. Social distancing rules will be followed.
We will have a videographer and photographer present. The footage will be used for promotional material only. Please let us know if you would prefer not to be on camera.
