About The Event

HELLO WEST LONDON!

Sign up to our fun outdoors sessions and learn to love working out!

We combine Soca aerobics with interval training using equipment such as battle ropes, skipping ropes, weighted plates and medicine balls.  We teach weighted and bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats and core work alongside cardio exercises such as sprints to keep the heart rate pumping.  This is 75 minutes of pure fun while working out to our live DJ.

We cater to men and women of all fitness levels and all ages.  Exercises are modified to your capability.

£8/session.  Please pay in advance and book early to avoid dissapointment as we do have to limit our numbers.

I joined a couple of months ago for the online workouts. I wanted to make a change from yoga and running as I was getting bored and letting it slide but didn’t want to join a gym. This is a perfect solution. I using weights but at a level that works for me. They workouts are varied, the instructors are good fun but know what they are talking about. It’s a friendly atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend them more.

The Entire concept and Ethos behind the Company and its associated products is geared towards Body and mental Wellness, this was borne out before as well as during this Global Pandemic where we all could not have gone to the gym, nor play out favourite team sports and we were forced to stay indoors.The variety of exercises and the various routines as well as Andrea's attention to the other caveats of one's "wellness" both Mental and Meditational otherwise has helped me to attain an even better outlook on my Overall Health.Her Enterprise is well run and you can see this in the preparation taken to bring her "products " to her clients in that the keep coming back and bring others as time permits to her various events.My Fondest Desire is for Andrea and the S.I.T.C family ,continue to prosper from Strength to Strength.

I've now been doing Sweat in the City online workouts for a year and it's one of the best decisions I've made. This is the longest I've ever consistently kept to a workout routine (I usually get bored or demotivated) but I'm still loving it! There is a great variety of classes for Team Fit members to get involved in and this keeps things fresh and interesting. I've been able to try classes I wouldn't have considered before and push myself, thanks to the motivation from coach Andrea and all of the other lovely online members. It is easy to fit classes around your routine with both morning and evening live classes which you can also catch up on in your own time. Andrea and the other instructors are fantastic! Joining Sweat in the City has helped me feel more motivated and I'm so happy to be a part of the online community that is Team Fit.

I joined Sweat In the City workouts during the pandemic and honestly I don’t know how I would of got through it if I hadn’t joined. The workouts were challenging but fun! I could see the progress I was making every session. SITC coach Andrea provided a variety of classes which I really enjoyed. I even was able to do weight workouts which I didn’t feel confident to do inside a gym. To top it off if I missed the live class I was able to view the workouts at a later date/time. In addition to actually going to the studio and doing a live class with Andrea which was amazing! The atmosphere and friendliness from other team members at sweat in the city is amazing. Sweat in the city gets you to achieve your goals whether it be physical or improving your overall wellness. I can’t thank Andrea enough for creating such a positive, safe enjoyable, professional environment where I am able to workout and achieve my results.

Andrea and team got me through this pandemic and more! If it wasn’t for the Sweat in the City Team, I would have put on so much weight during the lockdown! I’ve been a member for over a year now and the months keep getting better which keeps me motivated. There is so much variety from lifting weights to Pilates. If you like you like dancing but feel self conscious working out, welcome to paradise! In the days before covid I took my self off to dance at sweat in the city parties for hours and the music just kept me going. I love soca music and signed up to team fit in May have lost 2 stone to date and still going, the great thing about it is you do it at home - so if I am being mal coordinated it does not matter a damn. The team fit family really inspire and encourage you and there is always entertaining banter in the classes. Ange is so enthusiastic and full of positivity and constantly pushing us, always congratulating us on our achievements, so you feel like you are really doing well. In the summer months I attended the boot camps too which were really good fun. This has transformed my whole approach to not only what I eat but also now look forward to exercising-which has never happened to me before! So pleased that the classes came online has definitely made 2020 a more bearable experience - thank you all at sweat in the city, love your work (and workouts 🥰

I joined (teamfit) Sweat in the City since May 2020, it's been the best online workouts with motivational chats every two weeks, fun team challenges, not only is it just working out, I  have met some amazing team members that have now become Friends. Andrea has also now become my online PT and goes above and beyond with keeping  me focused and pushing me to reach my goals. Bring on 2021 cannot wait!
