Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using www.sweatinthecity.co.uk ("Our Site") website operated by Sweat in the City.  By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use ("Terms") and that you agree to abide by them.  If you do not agree to these terms please refrain from using our site.  We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or change these Terms at any time with notice.  www.sweatinthecity.co.uk is a site operated by sole proprietor, Andrea Wallace.  

Data Collection

 

In the course of attending our fitness parties or signing up to personal training we may collect certain information about you in accordance with our privacy policy.  The information collected is your name, email address and if purchases are made, your home address.  You will always be given the opportunity to opt out of such communications by getting in touch with us.  We limit the access to the processing of personal information to one person who may require its use for marketing.

 

Your health

Your health is your own responsibility.  We do however ask you to fill out a health form before each event.   We do ask that you are fit and healthy before taking part in any of our parties.  You should always take part in the exercises in a safe manner.  You should exercise to your own abilities.  If you are concerned or know that you may have a medical condition that may affect your training before you attend our events or personal training sessions you should seek medical advice prior to starting an exercise programme or session.

Photography

Sweat in the City may take photographs/video footage during the event for promotional purposes; if you have objection to this please inform a member of the team prior to or during the event.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sweat in the City respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.  This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from), how we will use your personal data generally and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Sweat in the City collects and processes your personal data through (i) your use of this website and (ii) more generally, including any data you may provide to us.  This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We do collect information about your health for health and safety reasons for each event.  These details are destroyed after each event which is the reason we ask you to complete the form each time you attend.

·         You may subscribe to our mailing list giving us your email address;

·         make an enquiry to us;

·         book a ticket;

·         purchase personal training courses;

·         filling out our health questionnaire when attending a class where you can opt out of marketing from us;

·         from third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive personal data about you from third parties such as Technical Data from analytics
